Inside the air chamber cushion is memory foam with creates stability and in the event of a puncture keeps the BubbleBum structurally sound. The cover that goes around the air cushion consists of seat belt webbing, belt positioning clips and an energy absorbing material cover.

Also included with the BubbleBum Booster is a convenient carrying back and a shoulder belt positioning clip. The cover is surface wipeable.

Now my biggest concern was if it was regulated and met safety standards in the US.  With every BubbleBum they supply you with the entire safety regulations that were passed, including crash tests. This is very reassuring and a great product for traveling on an airplane, or to have for in case of an emergency and someone needs a car seat.
